i am selected in tcs in the walk in of 3+ exp.
i m having exp of 3 years but i started working in the last year of my engineering. i m 2011 passout. but i dont have NOC from my college as my comany did not want that.
now is there any problem ??

There shouldn't be any problem . When you were allowed to work, even without an NOC, it automatically made you eligible to deliver. Now on the hindsight, it doesn't matter any longer. Wish you all the best for the role at TCS!

Now you are an experienced candidate to TCS and it never bothers about your NOC as your first employer too did so. Please provide your regular documents from your previous company, educational certificates and rest assured.
