Hi All,
Could anybody please tell me how can we do the performance appraisal in a hospitality industry where lower level staff is more and senior staff is less.I mean housekeeping department employees are much more as compared to other departments.

You have not given enough details to guide you. How large is your organisation? What do you mean by hospitality industry? Do you own the firm?

Hi, I agree before doing performance appraisal you need to specify which hospitality industry you are in coz skills or quadrants that would be used for performance appraisal would vary a bit.

We are dealing into service apartments that we take up from the owners and sublease to clients,as well as we are into real estate too,
We are having our own marketing tam,bdm,area managres,supervisors,butlers,housekeepers,so i want to start a performance appraisal for our employees
