Dear All
I need scaffold design drawing for making scaffolding inside Cyclones, Pyro Clones, Riser Ducts, Silos Etc... Can anyone share the scaffold design drawing, if particularly the above is not available, requested to share the available one...
Also request to let me know how we can calculate the load bearing capacity of scaffolding... Any standard formula for the same based on different types of scaffolding?...
Looking forward for a great participation into the thread... Scaffolding is one of the subject about which I am not yet confident... Hope this forum will help me to learn more about scaffolding...
Thanks in advance...

If you are using system formwork, refer the design calculations provided by the scaffold manufacturers. Regards R.Ponraj

Dear dipil,
Best you coordinate with scaffold manufacturer or scaffolding engineer/supervisor you get perfect solution for your above query.
Scaffolding design & calculation is not like swim in pond is like swim in sea/ocean you know very well about this.
Mr. dipil lot of scaffolding load calculating software’s available in net but its too expansive & difficult to use/learn from net.
Dear ponraj,
Thanks for your input.
Dear seniors,

Dear Dipil Kumar,
What is required is to select steel tubuler scaffolding for use inside a Cyclone. Get your Civil Engineer to design the scaffolding work with a factor of safety double what he would normally use as the working area is conical inside a cyclone.
I presume you are referring to cyclones in the Cement Industry.
Do give me a call sometime to have a broad lengthy discussion on the subject.
Best Wishes for The New Year,
