Hi,
I want to start a Recruitment consultancy out of my Home office, Please guide me.
I have 4 years of industry experience in the IT sec in Marketing, Proposal writing, Requirement analysis and Technical documentation. I have to now start a Recruitment firm of my own and i want to know the various processes and complications involved in it.

For starting a recruitment firm you need to think of a name for your firm.
Need to go on your own or as a partnership firm
Then get it registered.
You need to have your website and mail servers
Need to have HR / business contacts to get requirements or you can act as a subvendor to recruitment firms
Need to take a portal subscription either purchased or shared.
You also need to understand the Recruitment Process Lifecycle or need to get the help of a friend who is into recruitments
and miscelaneous things........................

2. What other documentations are required?
3. Do i need to open a current A/C or any other such financial/Banking ops is required?

Hi,
I am also interested to know more on this topic.
I am in the process of opening a recruitment firm.
I have done shop Act licening to start with.
I wanted to know is the portal shairing option is there from where I will get the info about it.
As its a newly starting firm it is difficult for me to take the portal acess directly.
Kindly guide me on this.
