Please login to website of the Regional Employees Provident Fund Organisation and enter your PF account number. Alternatively, you can personally collect the details from the office. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Log into the following site and verify. Employee Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Chennai <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) check with ur employer whether ur forms have returned back to them. Sometimes if Form 3A are not clear they might send it back to the employer for the resubmission.
