Dear thyagoo,
There is no relevance in your question as there is nothing named as "NON SAP HR". There are lot of modules in SAP and one among is HR. If you are asking the difference between the modules in SAP, then you have to use the search tab as this has been discussed earlier.

Hi
SAP HR : Company who is implemented SAP ERP, they run payroll through SAP Drivers, Some companies even use Time-in and Time-out like Employee salary calculate based on log-in and log-out's (Integrations time & Payroll)
Non-SAP HR: It may be any local software or some companies using excel sheet o calculate salary.
I have full SAP Documents like how to configuration and how to use and how to calculate salaries...and Statutory reports, Submissions....
Reach me i will provide your all documents with screen shots.
Thanks

Dear hrm789,
SAP-HR is actually a centralized Enterprise Resource Portal which is used in companies as an operational software. Companies won't use SAP-HR for specific purposes. If a company has SAP implemented they would have almost all the functionality of Human Resource.
You can provide SAP Documents, however they are entirely different from the real time software/application. Hence please do check with the real time application and pass on to somebody for reference. Thanks.

Hi
Well if a company implemented ERP SAP not the mean that all the modules will get.
SAP is not a software it is a functional and each module like Payroll, PA, Time, ESS & MSS.....separate implementation, if client want all so we implement all.
Modules all totally depends on clients.
Yes i have documents but i cant post here as that are copyrighted documents, if need reach me.
Thanks
