Hi sir, I have resigned from my job by may2017 and currently I am doing my business in my native. I want to claim my PF amount as I am in urgent need of money. I have my UAN active and my Bank Account number is seeded in it. Now when I tried to link my Aadhar with UAN via CSC (Common service centre), it shows ‘Invalid Gender details for Aadhar authentication’. I guess this happens because my gender is not updated in the member details in UAN portal. It shows as ‘Not Available’. I checked with the PF office on this but I did not get a proper reply. Meanwhile I also raised a PF grievance online but no reply for that also. Kindly assist if there is any solution to update my gender in UAN portal.
Then I came to know of 2 methods of claiming the PF amount. One via Aadhar form & another via Non Aadhar form. If all details are seeded in UAN, we can go with Aadhar form and claim the amount. Since my Aadhar is not linked in UAN, I would like via Non Aadhar form. Kindly let me know the procedures to be followed in this
And please be informed that my employer did not co-operate in any of this matter. Hence I require solutions on these 2 from your side.

EPFO has initiated to settle PF claims online without the need for intervention of the employers. Accordingly, a new facility has been launched in employee’s Member Interface of Unified Portal for the employees/members to submit Online Claims based on Composite Claim Form (Aadhaar) for availing the benefits under EPF (Form- 19), Pension (Form- 10C) and PF Part Withdrawals (Form- 31).
For Online submission of a claim, members are required to complete e-KYC on the Unified Portal for submitting their claims through online mode and such claims will be available in the field office application software for processing without routing the same through their employers. For online submission of claim forms, the facility would be available only to those PF members who have seeded their KYC’s (Aadhaar Number and Bank Details) against their UAN which have further been verified digitally by the employer and also from the UID database, and service details are available on the Unified Portal.
