There is a maximum salary fixed under the WC Act. As such the maximum salary is to be Rs 8000 and 50% or 60% of 8000 is to be multiplied by the factor inorder to get the compensation amount. The table forgets to take this provision and therefore, if you put a salary of Rs 100000 also, it will calculate compensation based on that salary but it should be limited to Rs 8000. Please make necessary changes in the excel so as to incorporate this also.

I think you have not check the total calculation excel sheet.. I think you may check once again the same excel sheet and find whether the point which you have mentioned is there or not.
