Dear G.G.,
When you find out some log error, open the link, you find that some error is occurred due to not match with format of EPFO.
Log error, self define that in which row has error/errors. At the time of upload file by me, i also faced same problem but after rectifying of errors, got successful updation under E-sewa and electronic challan of PF of Month March Contribution.
If you will try this , i am sure that you can upload your file successfully.

It is some what complicated one and needs some training. More over, to separate each field by #~# is a difficult
task cumbersome one. The process should be simplified and made as user friendly.

I am using the E return tool 4.0. I am facing some of issue as following:-
(My system config is intel dual core, 2GB RAM, 500 HDD & OS – windows 7 Prof)
1. In report for employers: - there is no report format for currently active members in organization.
2. How to backup (on transfer the DATA on another computer) our establishment’s data.
App_Code folder (Bakup.mdb, est.mdb, form3a.mdb, ret.mdb)
The DATA (est details, employee personal & monthly data) in above .mdb file can only displayed when these .mdb files in this path C:\program file/ EPFO/App_code
For backup of App_Code folder (Bakup.mdb, est.mdb, form3a.mdb, ret.mdb)
I tried to copy the App_Code folder (Bakup.mdb, est.mdb, form3a.mdb, ret.mdb) to my desktop / another computer’s desktop / C:\program file/ EPFO/App_code,
Then there is no data available in above .mdb file.
I also open the password protected files (Bakup.mdb & ret.mdb), but there is no data available.
So please let me know, if my computer have any kind of HDD problem & I want to transfer the DATA to another computer for E return tool, then how to backup App_code folder with all DATA.

All the date should be on DD/MM/YYYY format. More over you should enter only the dates the persons who has joined in the month of March 2012. Hence the dates in joinig should fall in between 01/03/2012 & 31/03/2012 and the same is applicale for the employees who are resigned also.
