Employee management is crucial part of any organization. Better employee management is the key of the successful business. I would like to introduce an advance solution which helps to manage your employees easily. There is an Attendance system that could be used for more than hundreds of employees.

You just need to tap on clock-in/clock-out button in the app as your attendance. It will show your current location, and time. There is no need to punch card anymore. It can avoid the problems of missing card or forget to bring the access card.

Aakash938,

We need a lot more information than just a five word statement. Where are you working, what is your position, what is the problem, what is your specific question?

If members are to help you, we need context and background. We also need one particular question, e.g, how do I deal with latecoming or something like that.

Identify your problem then use the search facility to see what has been posted previously on this topic. The search facility is at the top of the page next to the CiteHR logo.

If you need further help after that, then ask.

Dear colleague,

You need to reframe your question. ' Managing employees' smacks of ' controlling' them, driving , pushing them to do. Remember they are ' Human resources' and not non- descript clock numbers or a clog in the wheel. The top management and HR in particular need to make this paradigm shift in the way organizations people are traditionally looked at.

When you truly believe in people as resources/ parteners in the progress of an organization, all people policies, programs and processes will be directed towards making them active contributors, making them satisfied and remain all the time productive rather than wasting energies predominantly on conflict resolutions, instituting curbs in the name of behaviour controls through suppressive rules and regulations which we regard as ' managing employees' .

I shared my thoughts which I believe every forward looking organisation has been following for success and staying and growing exponentially in the business. The case in point is Tatas, who are in multiple businesses for over 150 years similar organizations in Mahindra group, Birlas etc.
