hi all of u.
I am aniket i join a compny in july 2015.
by there campus process. In there offer letter which is on their company letter pad. They mention the caluse that
a.they provide 3 month training for which we have to pay 24000/- cash.
b. After training there will Probation period of 6 month inwhich they will pay us 8000/- as stipend per month.
C. On completion of probation they will offer as project engineer with 10000/- per month for 2 years.
c. If i left out within 2years they i have to refund 48000/- to compny.
Nw sitiation is that i join in july 2015 nd i reaign in sept 2016
but they not accept my resing jst they said u will nt get reliving and exp. Letter.
but after 6month of resign they send a legal notice for 48000/- nd also blame me for sharing company data. Which i had not done.? What to do? How to rly them?

The whole scenerio of taking money by the company looks immoral and may be illegal. Since you have already got a legal notice from the company, it is essential to reply the said notice by yourself or most probably through a lawyer without any delay. The content of your letter of appointment/ offer, other documents, legal notice is to be considered carefully before replying further.

These are the files offer letter and mail before join.
They are not providing such training or not giving me any certificate of training.
also there was 4month train held bye them without any payment.
I resigne in sept 2016 with resign mail of family problem. Bt they nt accept, they rly to that mail after two week as not avcepting & we call u bt u nt receive such fake blame.

Hire a lawyer and reply them. Take this letter seriously also nothing will happen. Reply reply and matter over. So don’t be scared
