under industrial dispute act 1947 for closing down of the place of employment if the establishment comes within the definition of industry where less than 100 workmen are engaged a prior notice has to be served before 2 month to the secretary of lab our department.or if the establishment is having more than 100 workmen then before closing down of the place of employment a prior notice has to be served to the same before three month.The closure compensation which is payable to the workmen is 15 days of pay for every completed years services.

we have close down the activities the establishments since 1ST March’13 and presently we have neither business nor order for execution and we have to intimate ESIC & EPFO department if i will get the order in future we will be resume the service
