As i need a format which can be easily asses the candidate's personality mentally (ie) to asses the candidate mental ability and stability under the stress situation.
The format should reveal the candidate personal traits.I would appreciate if i got a format regarding this.Also it should be a assessment based on marks secured by the candidate against the format.

Tests can also be done based on the assessment center technique where u can use in-basket exercises to gauge candidates response.
This can be done by isolating the CI of that designation that you have created as part of the KRA-KPI program. Test the CI of desired v/s actual.
