We are allotting earned leaves 30 for staff and 15 for workers after completion of 240 working days. Workers are paid salary excluding Sundays.
Our leave calculation for staff is = Work performed + wo + paid holidays x 30 / 330.
And for workers = work performed days (in previous yr) / 20.
Can anyone say, this is discrimination?
Please suggest solution as per Indian (Maharashtra) labour law.
