Hi all,
ours is an international outbound Bpo with 100 employees.We have monthly RnR program and i m organising it every month by giving out certificates and gifts for best performers in all the campaigns.now my manager is asking me to introduce some thing new in that. i thought of letting the performers speak about their experience and share their happiness.
can any body suggest something other than this?
Seniors please suggest?

Hi,
You can have the R & R program on the first week Saturday of every month(If 5 days working then you can make it on 1st Friday of every month).
You can introduce the following awards like.
1. Mr. Perfect / Ms. Perfect.(Based on Gromming standards).
2. Best Employee of the Month.
3. Best Employee service appreciated by client/customer.
4. Best Team.
Along with this you can have the birthday celebration for all the employees born on that month.
You can ask all the new joiners(previous month) to introduce them and greet them with a welcome kit in the organisation. This increase the employee morale and bonding.
In a quarter you can have a cultural activities engaging all employee both individual and group games should be conducted. Conduct Food fest / Rangoli /fashion show etc.
Annual awards can also be given for employee/team who has performed well.
