We are facing lot of problems as number of candidates are just attending interviews with fake experience certificates with help of some backdoor people .To eradicate that we want someone to guide us with few steps to make it happen and tell us how to identify people who are already joined like same.

I understand your problem as sometimes back even I faced this issue. It was a way difficult to identify those fake experienced candidates. But online Job portals can solve this issue I think. One Idea which is coming to my mind is marking fake profiles if something fishy found in their resume with the help of the network of recruiters helping each other by Interviewing and reviewing profiles.
So Job Portals can solve these types of issues for us. Let's hope for better days.
