well you can submit the challan one contact the labour officer, tel rthem that we are contributing the employer share and deducting from employee as well, but we have exceed the acceptable limit for contribution and now we would lik to contribute minmum employer share which is also 12%, there can be no penalty on u. ur exceeding the limit not reduciong it. you dont need to worry. for further clariofications logh on pfindia site and tak the no of regional pf office and talk to an officer they will help u out, they are extremely helpful.. trust me.. i hope this is of use..

please clarify my doubt. is incentive part of salary and while we calculating the esi pf and PT have to consider incentive as a part of salary .... i mean suppouse one person getting 7500 per month and his incentive is 4100 ..... so i deduct esi and pf PT only 7500 or both
7500+4100=11600
for pf basic+da =5800 or
PT =150
7500
Basic+DA= 3750
PT=60
which is correct above this

Dear Murthi as per new amandement on PT, If employee earning below 10,000/-, no need to deduct the PT in employees salary, regads santhosh
