How to Control Emotions----

We are living in a materialistic world. Majority of people think that money is everything, but the fact is that money is the stronger source of better living. This kind of people does not bother the role of feelings and emotions in their as well others life. Therefore they are unable to maintain an effective bonding in their personal and professional life. They can not build a good team at their workplace. They can manage their role but can not be an effective leader and fail to achieve the hight of their career. Sometimes they are unable to take the right decision because of their emotions. They can build money in a shorter period but over the time they exposed and their down period start. Therefore one must know to control emotions.

So how can they avoid operating on the wrong types of feelings and master our emotions under the harshest of circumstances?

Follow my six steps/ tools to control their emotions and regain rationality in any challenging situation:

1. Do not react but respond timely

2. Ask for “Divine Guidelines”

3. Think Positive

4. See the bigger picture

5. Replace your thoughts as per your order

6. Disassociation from harsh feelings.

These six steps/ tools are very effective to control both kinds of emotions. There are many examples in our Epic, Historical books and businesses when kings/ Business Owners have taken the wrong decision because of their poor emotional controls and many have taken the good decision after controlling their emotions. A continual reminder of their ardent nature, emotions surge through them at every second of the day. But they often take wrong actions when wrong feelings filter through their mind without restraint. To avoid the burn of acting out during an emotional upsurge, take a few simple steps to calm your heightened spirit and quiet your uneasy mind.
