Millennials would like to work freely, they enjoy the freedom of working and feel it is more convenient to operate from a flexible work environment. They wouldn't feel comfortable to follow 9 to 6 timing rules or be pressured to follow strict attendance as the freelancing trend is in these days.

Solution:
As HR professionals we have to make our employees feel free and make them comfortable to work with our organization. We can practice the latest trends and office practices towards employee satisfaction. We have to understand that ultimately we need the work to be done- from a mountain top or from the office!

Work assumptions
Millennial's always have too many employment expectations that may not be satisfied and they always want to move on to something better instead of trying hard to accept the work nature.

Solution:
This challenge can be solved by making the Millennials to deal with team building activities so that they can have a better understanding about the work culture and its nature.

Ambitious and Hungry
Millennials are always eager to learn new technologies and always would like to move forward in their career.

Solution :
Keep a track of their professional upgrades and provide them more opportunities that help in the growth of organization.

Distracted frequently
Millennials are Ambitious as well as easily distracted, they are distracted by social media or other platforms due to boring tasks.

Solution:
The organization should conduct some fun tasks or other work targets and should give the winners cash or other benefits. This will highly motivate them to do more.

Professional development
Millennial secretly work towards their career development and would like to pick the right direction in their career.

Solution:
You can encourage them to come up with their ideas and help them to choose the right career path.

We can get our work done from them by acknowledging them for their thoughts, ideas and communication. HR's can aim to lead them rather than manage them. Communicate openly and transparently to keep them in loop. Support them and to help them grow with the organization.
