Dear Mr Jain.
you have not yet replied to "Have they returned Employer share of PF@12% together with Employee Share of PF @12% already deducted from your Salary"
Employer is liable to deduct Salary for Shortfall in Notice Period of 14 Days. You were issued Appointment letter in hard Copy not by E-Mail.you should have had minimum Courtesy of Submitting Resignation letter in person & obtain acknowledgement. you have not done that. atleast now work out your Legal dues for your service like, Leave Encashment,Bonus, PF Employee Share & Employer Share etc

This is interesting
The employee has resigned and walked off without completing his notice period. He has not completed his hand over. Which employer will bother to be nice to him ?
The fact that you have got a settlement is by its self a good thing. Don't bother with trying to get more. You don't deserve even this much

Why be nice or not nice to employee when there is a binding contract between an employer and his employee. The simple thing is that both should perform their part of the contract.
