We posted an internal job advert for junior staff, and the cleaners at my work place applied and got the job. Now I have to draft a job offer letter where they will first be employed as assemler trainees same salary then have their salaries reviewed next month and backdated to commencement date. Please help me draft a letter, I am in need of it urgently.

3)manpower planning-how many people are required
4)prepare job specification(skills,education,experience required in individual ) as per the requirements of the position to be filled in different departments
5).prepare job description(what roles ,duties and responsibilities have to be performed by the person whom you hire)
6)evaluate jobs-quantitatively and qualitatively
5)prepare compensation programme-basic wage+da(as per price increase,cost of living)+hra(hra is 30% of basic wage)
6)provide fair and equitable wages for people doing similar work.
7)people doing manual work paid less than those who have supervisory roles.
8)prevailing wage rate -give salary similar to the other competitors in same industry.
9)set standards and targets within specified time frame to be completed.

It is still to complete n i will give final sem this december. What should i do to get hr job. coz i dont have experience in hr at all.
