Nice to hear about your past. Well if you know what you can do then definitely you can do and succeed in your mission. But you have to focus and concentrate else you will fail desperately.
For quite a long time I am concentrating on ATTITUDE associated with HUMAN BEHAVIOUR as i had been studying HUMAN BEHAVIOUR at various AGE GROUPS (children, Teens, Mid Age Adults & Adults) and i had learned many facts that help me to focus on HOW TO BECOME BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST. One fine day some one started addressing as BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST and that happen in CITEHR.
MY TARGET AUDIENCE IS COLLEGE STUDENTS. I BELIEVE IN TRAINING THEM BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO TRAIN A STUDENT & PRODUCE DESIRED RESULTS THAN TRAINING A MID-AGE ADULT OR ADULT.
Now i am looking for clients especially Educational Institutions let it be MEDICAL/ENGG/MANAGEMENT/PHARMA/ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE, i want to deliver my module STUDENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT which i had already delivered to KBNCE(GULBARGA) STUDENTS(2008 & 2009 PASSOUT BATCH) and results were terrific.

i am working as employee verification executive. i have total of 4 yrs experience.
i have done MCA.
but now want do continue my career in HR General.
pls could someone suggest me some way to get into HR general profile.

Already lot of correspondence has happened on your post. However, I would like to point out that there is nothing like "job planning". However, concept of "career planning" is very much there. So while deciding, think of your career and not of job at hand or your future job.
