Dear All,
I am working with a Hotel in Pune since 8 months. And I was a pre opening member. The owners got the muster 3 months back, where in 30 odd employees are there. Every month they are deducting our PF & ESIC. Can you please suggest me what should be done? All the staff are raising questions now as they haven't filled up any PF forms so they are interested in knowing where is thier hard earned money going. Most of them are planning to leave the organization soon.
So can they claim their money?
The management is saying that it takes time. first they will get an account for the office & later on individual account nos will be alloted.
Kindly advice.

Dear Rituparna,
U need to check the authenticity of the information being provided to you.
However, it s true that all this procedure takes time. First, they would be getting an account opened for the company and then individual account nos will be created for which u will be given the forms.

If your co. hasnt have pf/esic code nos. then how should u deduct the PF/ESIC. Once the complience is done both will be deducted and then paid to the govt. through challans. Nomination declarations form will be filled up and then submitted to concern authorities. Afterall it is managements decision to have the compliance and prove to the staff members.
