Hi all Can you advice me which course is best PGDHRM or PGDBA in HRD. I have applied for PGDHRM but now i’m in dilemma.

This is Baljeet Kaur From ICFAI University as i am a acounsellor here and as ur bit confused abt wht to do whethr PGDHRM or else PGDBA they are bit same bt dear y dont u try for MBA y to go for post graduate course thats all for 3 yrs time and if u feel like going for MBA so Taht u can do it frm ICFAi itself as we r providing u with MBA in HR for 2yrs which will be quite helpful to u while contunuing with ur job,

i am an engg. graduate with 4 yrs experience in operaton deppt. of the university.now i want to shift to hr side.i want to persue a course in hr.whether distance learning course is authentic,like companies consider them or the oncampus course overshadow them.

hi dear friend,
first of all both r the deploma course, so its clear u want to do short term diploma course along with your continuous job. if you r working in hr department exclusively and u want to get more knowledge about hr you shoul go for pgdhrm.
pgdba will give grassrut knoeledge only, and not indepth knowledge, so noe u have to decide whether u want to get thourough knowledge or introductory knowledge.
i will suggest pgdhrm if u r in hr department.

matter of fact if u want to go for distance learning program and want to continue with your job, then please do so.
Whereas, if u want to go for a regular course and r flexible in dropping ur job, then go for a regular 1.
