Can anyone help to prepare SOP for Human Resource Department

Do you have any idea about the magnitude of the tasks involved ?
SOP for a single activity runs into several pages. Making SOP's for the HR Deptt. would mean SOP's for every activity and sub-activity - which is a time-consuming, laborious activity requiring compete knowledge of HR functions and the pecularities of your own organization.
SOP's can not be made in isolation. One has to study and understand YOUR ORGANIZATION.
It would be advisable to hire a Consultant or you should acquire the competencies required to do so yourself.

SOP are not made for department. SOP are usefull to perform a task.
as there are various tasks which comes under HR department, differet SOPs need to be made for different tasks.
You can hire some consultant to do the same, but better if you try to make it yourself. As SOP is a checklist of activities to be performed to complete a task, an executer can better decide the SOPs

Regarding the SOP, if you are looking in line with the ISO 9001 DOCUMENTATION. KINDLY GO THROUGH THE CLAUSE 6.2.2 AND THE EACH LINE HAS TO BE INTEGRATED WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS OF YOUR ORGANISATION AND SOPS HAS TO BE PREPARED.

Dear Mr Daleshwer,
Your one line query indicates that neither you are aware of the very concept of SOP nor you are interested in acquiring the required level knowledge and competency involved in the preparation. Just like that you want people to help just because you are in Hr and connected with cite.
Please be noted that it took one full year to prepare the draft of SOP and manual for me as a consultant for a client. Mere reading of the manual or sop of other organisation and trying to implement the same in your organisation is sure way of display of ignorance or incompetency.
For god sake why not the present day generation of HR or any other professional to get into the bottom of the subject and acquire at least some practical exposure good or bad and learn out of this?
