I think attention should be paid on those comments which comes from intellegent people...those who r passing such comments r not aware about any profile not even their own so tell ur friend just chill and enjoy the stupidity of others.. :)

Hi Shweta,
Tell ur friend to be there and fight with all these non sense and keep record of all complaints and other things in written form and when there is over limit then complaint to related employees grievances agencies because nobody can tease an employee like this.
Tell them I will launch a named complaint against all of you. I think everybody will act in a decent manner. Ask your top management in written to take the necesary step otherwise I will not tolerate in any aspect irrespective of post or designation.
Dear always keep one think in mind that if you are capable, honest and hardworking then there are lots of job waiting for you.
Always try to be an expert in your job profile.

HR and Admin are the shock absorbers for the top management. They are the people who know the ideas and plans of the top management and also responsible to execute them. In this maneuver all credit goes to the top management and shock comes to HR. HR and Admin are also responsible to impose rules and regulations and ensure discipline in the organization. You know how many employees feel happy to follow these rules, regulations and discipline? These all leads to frustration amongst some employees and they start teasing fresh HR executive by using insulting and abusing language. Such employees use to be less exposed to the corporate culture and require counseling by HR department. So call them and counsel them.

Very right said by Dr. Khare. Call them and give them counselling. Tell them if they cannot respect the work of others they will also loose respect from others. Instruct them to behave properly. I hope they will understand it.

I think no body can hurt u untill u allow. If ur friend is facing such problem it means she has been very friendly with them & always participate in joking otherwise why ppl have started taking her for granted. Its in our hand to maintain the self respect.

I think you should say to her that you are to make your self so strong. If you can make strong your self no body can tease you.

That's her folt that she is giving chance to everybody to tease herself. She has to make strong herself. Without strong ness she can't fays any body.

comments are always make us to learn towards perfection and brings professionalism, take it in a positive side , make them to realise that they depends on your helo when a situation araises.
it is my advise that pl love your job, belive that you are working for the company and your results are most use ful for the company as well to all other employees.
life always like this we should have some boldness to face and to manage the people, only hr/admn/ir have tact and skill to handle the employees ,others have to learn from us.
be brave , dareful to face , you will always have wins and get success by way of your best efforts in your work. do not care /bother about the wrong/ personalised comments which will disturb you , your direction towards improvement and skill development , continuos improvements will make them to understand , people will realise your importent role you handles.

Hi all,
every job has its importance and has its value, even if itis of sweeper. Go back to your hygiene theory of motivation and explain them what if sweeper or peon does not come fo few days, they will swimmimg in thier own filth.
Admin is most important part of any organisation. Life in organisation without admin, it may be in any form and decipated by anyone but that does not dilute its importance at all.
so next time when they tease you explain that even your father and mother who cleaned you or supported you by doing admin work, does that made them sweeper or peon????????????
