Hi,
I have worked in a call center for few months, but I never found anyone using abusive language on the floor. There is just one profession wherein abusive language is used i.e. sales. apart from that I think if something like this is happening with you, you must discuss this with your TL or manager.

Raveesh Thank you for you response!I would like to let you know that my name is not whatever it's Kritz.Hope you get that.My question was not pertaining to customers at all.I very well understand the call center representatives are well trained on the customer skills and phone etiquette's.The question is pertaining to the language representatives use on floor not on the phone.
Sheeba/Raja i have also come across some of the call center which is against usage of profanity.Currently where am working i have come across pple using profanity and i am tired of complaining.I happen to see representative,TL and some managers use profanity and some times the answer they give is very funny. They tell me Chilax yar -its just for fun and nothing serious.Hence i wanted to check with the BPO HR what could be the next step.I have complained this to the VP himself. He tried to take control and check on representatives language on floor for some time where people acted as good till the time he was around and back to their language.

Is there any suggestion to make sure the representatives refrain their abusive language?
