Dear Seniors,
First of all thank you very much for the reply of my previous query.
Now again i want of your precious advice.
The company where i works has rule which i never heard in my life. Like in the beginning they give contract paper to new employee for 4 years, and 6 months probation period. After 6 months according to their performance they get letter for confirmation that is only for PF. But after 4 years what will happen?? i asked with my senior they also don't know. Its been a 1 year that i am working here..most of employee they never get any types of letter since 2 or 3 years. I start giving them after asking each employee of their joing date. But still i am so confused what kind of letter i have to issue after 4 years. My seniors are not co-operate with me, if i asked they never give me right answer. Please advice me
Regards,

Do one thing sit and do your work sincerly, whatever you do you should must know of that work and don't tell how you done that work, only final report provide your sobordinates, so in this way totally your work is hadicap without you if you take one day leave so many calls you receive for where is the file, where is that work, etc.. so at that time you won your position and then ask your sobordinates that regarding your query what the letter will be issue after 4 years.
