dear friends, i want to share this with u all bcoz i dnt want that anybody will hav this type of bad experience from cite hr as i had.

yesterday i posted msg to many of the cite hr people to help me in getting job in banglore. i was expecting that some of them will reply me and inform me about some opening thr, i had given my gmail id to contact me...

Next day i recieved a chat request on my gmail from one of the cite hr membr whome i send msg...

but during the chating inspite of helping me he send me some valgure sentence and logged out.

He told me that he is an HR Generalist in an automobile company in chennai....m not mentioning his name here bcoz i dnt want to spoil his reputation but i think by reading post he will feel guilt and will never do this with anybody else.

i request all members of cite hr to help others and if they cant help atleast dont behave like this...

dont spread bad impression of cite hr it is very helpful cite for hr people and thr are many good people who are ready to help

Hi Urvashi,
I am sorry to hear this. I do agree with you. Citehr is is a professional forum where all HR professionals can share their views and guide other members. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. Please do report to the forum administrator so as to take action against this member. We should not encourage this sort of behaviour. This place is to help others and gain knowledge and nothing much.
I hope this will teach him a lesson.

Hi Urvashi,
This is really very bad. This is not Acceptable at all. I would like to suggest you to report his name to citeHR administrator. In any case we will not like to have such kind of people here. It’s a very nice and professional platform for all HR related people.

i was thinking to write his name here....but at the same time i thought it will give bad impression of his among all of us and can also affect his career...so i give him a chance to realize wat has he done and improve his behaviour...

That person is really a stupid ya.He is not a professional person. kindly i am saying one advise for all girls. please don’t add unwanted persons in your personal Mail Id........U ask their contact number and speak with him, while speaking don’t call from your personal number then u can judge them as well as we can know whether he is really having any opening.

Yes already there are very less jobs in HR, so dont beleive anyone so easily.
And you can go to chats section in gmail and send the saved gmail chat transcript to CHR, so that he can do needfull.
BUT U ALSO NEED TO BE CAREFUL SO AS TO NOT TO PROVIDE UR IDENTITY TO OTHERS. EVEN I BEING A BOY DONT PROVIDE MY IDENTITY TO OTHERS , JUST KEEP UR CONVERSATIONS LIMITED TO SHARING INFORMATION AND THATS ALL..
WORLD IS A VERY BAD PLACE

Hi,
Indiscipline is not at all acceptable. Any person when gets such messages request to inform moderator or administrator to take active on the member. My Recommendation to members is do not publish your mobile or office number. Be Cautious.
