Dear Seniors,
One of our female employee taken Maternity leave and she is eligible for ESI.
Now she continuing her leave even after maternity leave over.Almost 8 months Completed.
If she came back to office then what is the Procedure.Is she rejoin as fresh or Continuation of her service.
How many month will take leave.Is there any special act is there,after 90 or 120 days of her leave,then she continuation of her service or Rejoin.
Please clarify as soon as possible.

Dear Rao, There is mention of leave of Maternity is 90 as per the ESI Act 1948 and she will be rejoin in yur company Virender Singh HR . __________________

Dear Venkat,
Kindly send an un authorise absent letter to her 1st and tell her to join within 24 or 48 tat hour.
since she is in ESI leave if she have any ESI doctor prescription of leave extension, then you can't remove her from your roll.
So before terminate from Job kindly send an official letter to her home address.

Hi Dear,
Let me tell you that nobody can terminate any lady employee if she is on Maternity leave. you just give notice about reason for absenteeism or for joining as soon as possible. Give at least 3 notice and if there is no response from her then last notice telling about job will be terminated. No mentel pressure. Kindly understand the issue and then react on it.
