Dear All,
You have to apply in your left organization.
For Withdrawal PF & Pension amount you have to submit following form
Form - 19 (PF)
Form - 10 C (Pension)
You can download this form from EPFO

Hi Dhruv,
These forms need to be submitted in the PF office. Your HR (previous company)would do the needful.Just fill the form and send it to your HR Department and follow up with them. They will submit the form and you can check your claim status on the same site. Keep a record of your EPF A/c number.

Dear Ritu Dhanik,
Scheme Certificate under EPS is meant for those left PF befor attaining an age of 58 years. There is no question of length of service. 10 years' service is for pension. It is nothing to do with the scheme certificate.
Fill form 10C, get endorsed from concerned employer and submit to the OFFice of RPFC. If all inputs are furnished satisfactory, you may recieve scheme certificate by one month time.
When you join another service, you can easily add up the previous service with the help of the scheme certificate. If you are unable to add up with any future service, the scheme certificate may be utilised for pension or withdrawal benefit, as the case may be.
