Don’t ask. Unless the Company made you the offer and you accepted..You have joined for the betterment of your Career, not because you are greedy even before joining !

Has HR has ever mentioned you that they will be giving you joining bonus if you join them earlier. If they haven't mentioned you cant ask them unless you get your offer letter, and more over it depends upon the skills for what they have hired you.

Ref : Joining Bonus

Dear Sir,
Being an outstanding asset of the previous company I had no intentions of leaving the company and even the company offered me around 200% hike for not to leave them but after receiving more than 100 calls to join your organisation from your HR team I took a heavy hearted call and joined your company.

After leaving the previous job I thought that yours' company is in nearby distance to reach the standard to hire me. But after joining your organisation I found out that my daily expenses and my daily needs are not being met to my expectations so you may consider this as formal request to provide me with the " JOINING BONUS " so that I can atleast assure you that I will not be visiting various other companies for interview and any sort of personal discussion. Also it will be better if you provide me with quarterly loyalty Bonus and monetary appraisal after every 6 months.

Thanks & Regards,
