In My opinion Satffing is bigger activity. It includes overall planning based on Organizations objective and budget (Role, Postion, Dept, reporting structure,etc ) related with any individual in organization. Recruitment is only limited to hiring whereas staffing is overall manpower planning and placement.:icon6:
