I would like to take this opportunity to talk about a great milestone here at Cite-HR today. Today, I complete 5 years of my journey at this forum. 5 years of a journey filled with knowledge, knowledge and knowledge.....
This journey is made even more memorable because of the larger effort that each one of you put in here at discussions, posts and helping me whenever needed.
I take pride in THANKING each and every one of you here for the support. They say that 5 years, that marks half a decade is now time to restratigize. With the advent of this milestone in my life and that of this forum-cite-hr, I intend to make changes to the way we have lived our life so far.
I pledge to give much more to cite-hr.

Hello Akhilesh Dubey,
First of all, a BIG CONGRATS.
Like they say: 'time flies'. However, it's upto the person concerned to make the most of it--or not.
It's also really appreciable to note your comments "I pledge to give much more to cite-hr"--which is all about CiteHR.
In addition to learning thru sharing, like the saying goes: The thrill/satisfaction that comes in 'giving' is MUCH MORE than what comes in 'taking'.

We generally perceive "Seniority" by the standard of the posts a member makes and their will to be part of a learning discussion.
I think your participation qualifies you to be called a senior member of this community.

Are Bhai Akhilesh Dubey--jab mouka apne aap saamne aathi hai tho mana kaise? Bas youn samajhlijiye 'bhagwan' ki dua hai aur apne pure zimmedaari nibhaiye:-)
In a serious vein, it's NOT what WE perceive in ourselves that counts--it's what OTHERS perceive in us that finally matters in human relations.....guess that's the core Principle of HR.
All the Best.

I agree with you Akhilesh Dubey.
Like the saying goes--Learning begins with Birth & will only end with....you know what.
The only difference between one another is: "what" is learnt & "how" it is learnt.

Well said sateesh...
The secret of success is learning how to use pain and pleasure instead of having pain and pleasure use you. If you do that, you're in control of your life. If you don't, life controls you.
and also Everybody who is incapable of learning has taken to teaching, and i also did so. now i m professor in a b-school for HR. ...... so life long learning.
