Hello,
I would require your kind assistance for the below query.
I have provided my previous salary account number during my exit formalities in my previous company. Now I have checked and confirmed with the bank that its no more a salary account as it has been reflecting negetive balance in the account.
Can I drop a mail to my ex company HR providing them with my present account or would I require to submit a request to them saying that I would require a cheque for the same.
Please advise .
Your help is highly appreciated.

dear
of course your query is not clear.i am presuming that you have given
salary account for PF withdrawl which is not operative now and you want to change account number for PF withdrawl.
in this case you have to request HR DEPT to make correction in your witdrawl form and send them photocopy of bank statement or pass book

Dear Aveek Roy,
I would like to clarify your issues as follows:
Now a days some of the banks are closing the Savings bank account (Salary A/c) which is inopearative for 1 or maximum 2 month's. Hence please check with your ex-employer whether they have submitted your PF claim forms 19 and 10 C to concerned RPFC or not if not u inform this and change your bank a/c duly signed by you for correction in the application form or u can submit a fresh application form. I suggest u to submit the fresh form if old form not submitted to PF office.
If they have already submitted the application to PF office then u make one letter giving the details and sumit to them alongwith ur ex-employer letter to the department before they process ur application.
2. For Gratuity u give ur new bank a/c no
