i wanted help in coming out with the current situation of mine.
i am working in a manufacturing company as operation trainee though i have completed HR.
i am not having exact work regarding HR field.
The same with my friend,working with me in Operations only
Here the HR is not that much effective,they lacking in performing it in a best manner.
HR department is having 5-6 members but not MBA-HR,they all are from MPM and other graduation only,but we 2 are from hr cant perform any kind of work.
can u suggest any solution on this?
as you are a senior person in hr field so we thought that you will suggest something for us.
We ant to do some innovative hr practice in our company without disturbing regular activities of HR dept. and which will expose,utilise our knowledge.
