Hi

I have worked for multiple organisations and while switching one of the previous organisations I removed very previous company experience before joining that organization as I had no proper supporting documents for it.

When I switched job I am not sure what my previous company manager/hr gave feedback to next organization and I started getting bullied in next organization for the same and people started passing comments like he is fraudster etc.

I removed one of previous job experience and I ignored everyone and continued to work sincerely as I was supposed to survive and lead my life. But in next organization when I tried changing job my manager gave a hint that we will make you such that you will have no one to take help from.

Can't anyone remove one of their experience before changing the job? Sometimes high level of experience wont fetch job and people remove one or two years of experience to get the job matching their level of job exposure or experience level.

My current company states that employee should not hide or misrepresent any information. If they come to know through background check that I have removed one of my previous job experience will it cause any issue?

Don't employee have any right to show or hide the previous experience because of any reason let's say he doesn't wish to disclose because he suspects his manager might give very bad review, no proper supporting document and company has shut down etc.?

Let's say if my previous employer communicates to next organization that I had lets say 7 year experience when I joined that organisation and when I switch to next organization I will remove very previous company experience which will again make me 7 year experienced. Will it cause any issue?

Should I suffer life long because one of my previous organisation gives my before joining experience information to next organization? Don't we have the right to represent or not represent that information? Why do these companies require all experience mentioned? Is it not violation of right to freedom of expressing or not expressing something about his previous experience?

Thanks in advance.
