Amidst covid 19 outbreak, I was forced by the BPO I was working with asked to join by jun 1st. Which I denied. Since I was afraid to join. Now they've already marked me absconding regarding which I even received mails. Unfortunately this BPO is registered with nasscom.

I suggest you to write a proper mail to them explaining your inability to join the services given the current situation.
A formal official mail to the concerned authority and the HR department would most probably help you in this regard.

Priyanka - please calm down and do not worry. No one can force you to join as an offer letter/ letter of intent is not a legally binding document. In a worst scenario, a joining date may be deferred.
Practical advice: If your absconding remarks have been put falsely on NASSCOM portal - please register a grievance with them citing evidences like offer letter, e-mails, papers, etc. I have seen such cases being handled properly and professionally by them.
