A Team Building Training @ Surat, which was attended by employees from 7 different organizations. 11 participants rated the program as excellent, 8 participants rated as very good and a lone participant rated the program as good. Needless to add that there is no Ok and bad ratings.
We did a Mentoring training program for a chemical organization in MAHAD, which was also well received.
Within two days we had to a Management Development training for two days @ Bangalore, which was a grand success.
We followed it up with a Faculty Development Training for a college in Tiruchirapalli and a Leadership Development training @ Coimbatore.
All these training programs were successful, only because our training programs are little different than the usual generic stuff. We are specialists in providing educative but entertaining training programs. Four decades of HR experience and 550 training program facilitation exposure come very handy to make this possible.

Thanks Ben, for your caution. The success what I talk about is at the "Reaction" stage only. Having conducted 550 training programs, I am aware that at this stage, it purely depends on "content", "delivery" and "reception". We will have to wait and see what is the result at retrieval, and implementation stage.

PROUD MOMENT FOR mantHRas. A milestone. 600th Soft Skill Training Program in approximately 6 years time frame. Incidentally it was our 25th Training Program in the Middle East. Satisfactory ending of 2014 & a good beginning for 2015.
