Good Question. Honestly speaking, I don't have the apt answer as of now rather you could say I am not able to answer. The reason is I have worked in Chennai, Mumbai and now in Delhi. Looks like freelancer, isn't it!!!. As per my knowledge, the impact of different industry plays a major role in finalising the answer for the above mentioned question. If you see, Bangalore is a hub for IT industry. You would get ample opportunities in HR in that particular industry but if you are looking for any HR opportunities in FMCG, the pace would be little bit slow.

Chennai-There are "N" number of factories are there in chennai. Eg: Nokia, Hyundai etc. The oppourtunity for HR role in factory are high in chennai. You would also get some opportunities in IT com.

Mumbai-If the guy is from premier institute like TISS or XLRI, fly to mumbai.Because, 80% of the company's corporate office are based in mumbai. Great opportunity!!!.

New Delhi- I have been here only for the past 8 months. I think, there are less opportuinity. I do not know, another guy from delhi might have different opinion. Why did I say because, Im not looking for a change and probably that might be the reason. Ha ha ha. I was there in Mumbai handling HR and I was transferred to New Delhi. My com, P&G, wanted me to operate from New Delhi. What a fate??.

Kolkatta-No clue. (Just joking).

Anywhichways, Good question dear, Please do not consider this as the final feedback. Let our other HR brethren reply. Wait and see...

Ohh..You want a final answer from my side. Right!! HUmmmm...Here you go..MUMBAI..
