Dear Mr. Shailesh
Nice to see such a thread and thanks for sharing the same with us...
Here I would like to mention few of my comments also... May be this is only my perception, you may even drop it or not need to consider:
1. I will not use this document for any kind of training if I will be the trainer... Cause the slides are too busy one... Containing too many information, some slides blurred... Not clear... Almost all the images having copyrighted sign watermark... Overall not conveying a good message...
2. There is no continuity in the subject... There is no link between slides... First slides speak about something and the other speaks about anything else... Should be having continuity...
A lot of other improvement scope is there in this training module... Hope you will consider the same in framing a new one next time...

Dear Dipil,
Thanks for your feedback.
But the idea is to provide all to prepare the presentation like this and give a training to contract workers with easy to understand pictures with writing in local language.

Shailesh

Dear Shailesh,
Very nice effort. However I do agree with Dipil somewhere that there are few places where two adjacent slides are entirely different & few are very busy too but I don't agree with Dipil on this point that I will not use it.. I may use it after few corrections & will share the same on this thread only..
Anyways over all good effort.. keep it up..
