Factory will be covered in factory act-1948 and Corporate office will be covered in Shop and establishment act.

Mr.Akhil is absolutely correct .Your corprate will be covered under Shops & Establishment Act while Manufacturing unit will be covered under Factiores Act. Accordingly you have to follow the applicable labour Acts/ Rules of your State.
