Hi everybody,
Im a student of IInd Yr MBA, Pune, India.
Im currently doing a project on employer branding in a leading organisation in the mfg sector. As a part of the project, Im trying to find out what the students (MBAs) expect from their future employers, and why they choose to join a particular organisation. I would also be visiting varios companies that are known to be preferred employers, to find out their strategies for attracting MBAs, esp. during campus selections.
I have designed the questionnaires, however, I would like to improve on them. It would be gr8 help if you all could help me develop more questions. Any other suggestions are also most welcome. Well, it is a bit urgent so I request all to pls reply asap.

Your projects can get useful inputs from articles of aquisition and attraction of talent.
There are few on McKinsey and Bnet site.
Even I am focussing on related topic of organsational culture, brand image and talent attraction since this is a pertinent issue.

m mba student presently undergoing my summer training in bharti enterprises ltd. I have finally decided to make my project on hr branding. And for now, m stuck up with the collection of primary data.

Dear Prerana,
I have taken a quick look at your questionnaire. It is better to ask demographic and personal questions at the end. Also, if you use a matrix you will be able to reduce the length of the questionnaire.
When you are using a Likert scale the items should be as statements rather than as questions. Read the script again and see whether people can select a response when you ask a question.
Kindly see my post on Questionnaires at CiteHr or search the web to lear how to design and construct questionaires. Also, pilot the questionnaire with a few key people in the organisation to se whether you have covered all the points that would reflect the organisations practices and meet their requirements.
