Nothing wrong in your resume and need not worry...its been only a month..I knew few guys who are searching for jobs since more than 3 months on an average.
And yes, the experience should always be mentioned first in the resume after your objective....followed by the educational details.
You can expect a difference between 10% to 25% in your salary as per the current economic scenario.

I suggest you put your personal details first. The employer would like to know more about you in brief before reading your experience and education details. that should be the 1st thing ontop. Check other resumes on google for the standard format. All the best

Hi,
my perception about cv is that it should start with the Key result area of yours which make the HR to make it interesting & followed by current experience, qualification & atlast your personal data your experience should be specifically more of qualitatively work rather then daily routine.it should also contain responsibilities.so hopefully i tried my effort to add on some good parts to the CV.

please put your professional experience just after the objective.....bcoz for for experienced candidates.....professional experience part is the most vital part for the recruiters review...and also one thing i hv noticed is ...u hv put two experience of 2- 3 months ....actually it reflects the instability....in my opinion plz remove tht.....BEST OF LUCK FOR UR BRIGHT FUTURE

Just rearrange the resume.
1. objective., 2 experience in sequence, 3 mention duration of period after rechecking, so that it clarify there is no gap in between, remove the repeating points, 4 academic details, 5. Personal detail.
