Dear All,
Trust as an HR its a challenge to get people on board.
There are some ways to increase Offer Vs Joinee ratio.
We have used " welcome letter" to the family members.
Enclosing the letter format for reference.
This practice has helped us to increase 5% more joinees.
Regards
Dasa

Sounds good idea, this would definately create an emotional attachment with employee and his family and thus would enhance company’s image. In short a noble idea, Regards, Amit G.

Dear Dasa, Really nice and unique way of thinking..... It surely would give the joinee and concerned family an emotional bonding and increase company’s value in his/ her mind.

Really Good Thought.
To add value & make it more effective, we can even invite any of the family members on the date of Joining.
I am doing this in my organisation for the past 3 years.
We have a welcome party for any new joinees with a Cake Cutting Ceremony along with any of the family members.
Photos are taken & included in the monthly internal magazine.
Based on time, availability & no of recruits we can plan this.
We can have one particular day in a month or week to have New Recruits Induction Day.
