Hi Aruna,

I have only 4 months of experience in HR, but still will try to answer your question.
End to end recruitment process means from the scratch from screening to the exit interview. To be precise, pre and post recruitment.

Hi Aruna, This is Srikar, E2E means scheduling F2F interview with the client to the consultant is E2E. Thanks. Srikar, srikanth23pv@gmail.com

Dear Aruna,

The term End to End recruitment means handling each and every process invloved in selecting the rite talent. (i.e) staring form the need for opening, advertisement, interview, negotiation, offer, joining, billing etc.

The terms will be different based on the different industry.

well if u r talking about recruitment it is totally diff. from selection and hiring. recruitment is just calling up candidates in the co. premises. 2nd step is interview and then is selection so to recruit means shortlisting candidates for interviews just like staffing co.'s do!!!!!
