Default Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board

I am a Manager in a Non Banking Finance Company. We have about 30 employees working in our Mumbai office. Almost 100% of them are in managerial cadre. Are we supposed to pay MLWF? Does Labour Laws apply to us?
Thanks and Regards

No this is not applicable to your institution because it is only for below supervisory grade.
