Interview Questions - IT company - e-commerce based in B'lor

Hi....

I just want to know what kind of interview questions can be asked for the post of HR Executive. I got a call from e-commerce based company in B'lore deals in e-marketing. And I am a fresher and I do not want to loose this oppurtunity.

So plzzz help me out!!!!!!

hi friend,even i m doing MBA(HR&system).
following is the list of FAQ qu.
1.introduce yourself.(tell ur name,nativ palce,schooling,graduation,n wat r u doing currently,ur hobbies n ur personality).ur strength & weekness(never say my weekness are..say i m workin upon my weekness as..) finish this answer within 2 min. dont beat around the bush.give ur clear picture.

2.why hr??(most important)

3.which function do u like most in HR?(recruitment & selection,training&development etc. & why)
4.how much salary d u want??
•Salary is not a constraint for a Prestigious orgnisation like yours. For me, Getting placed in your concern is an important thing.
5.What motivates you? ALSO have you used these motivators with others
do practices verbly of thes qus.even if u've god communication skills..
n do contact ur prof..ask them to take mock PI & correct urself

well there may be situation based questions even. So, be ready for them also. It mainly checks on ur presence of mind.
