This is to certify that Mr. Ahmad Al Tariq holder of Indian Passport No. XC124567 is currently working with our organization in the position of Sales Executive. He is employed with us since 01-January-2001.

He withdraws a monthly salary as below:

Basic Salary: AED 10,000/-
Other Allowances (HRA + Transport): AED 2,000/-

I have a query. Can Salary Certificate be issued for a Consultant (not an employee who receives monthly salary) who works for a Company and receives Consultancy Fee every month for his service? If a Payment Slip or Certificate is required by him to apply for loan from a Bank then what should he submit as fixed monthly income proof?

Should Company Chairman need to sign in Salary certificate issue from UAE?. What documents should I bring to Consulate?
