This is vivek. Please help regarding my queries about EPFC & ESI i.e.;
1) EPFC & ES - In what condition they applicable on company / employee ?
2) EPFC & ES - What are the formalities to get the PF Account No. for a Company / Employee
3) EPFC & ES - How many types of forms & formalities are there which is to complete being a HR Professional and when they suppose to complete that means if an employee join/ terminate / exit / dead so what forms & formalities to be done from his employer & employee.
This is all abt ESIC ( Emp. state insurance corporation ) ................. for this we 1st need an ESIC code for which u need to write a requisition letter along with the provided format ( Name of the company, No.Of emp's, Address of the company , Date of Establishment, Individual date of joinings ) to the ESIC Regional ofice ( Differs frm state to state ) then after u receive the code then comes the submission of forms - All the emp's drawing the sal upto 10k should have this facility , with in 10 days of his/her appointment . Then comes Form-1 (Emp declaration ) & Form-3 RDF ( Return of Declaration ) should be submitted along with the photographs of those emp's. And the ESI payment should be done b4 of 21st of every month. Then comes Off.Maintaining files (Mandatory) Form-7(Register)Form-15(Accident register) Form - 6(Returns file ) Note that these returns sub.period is Apr To Sep & Oct to March. Returns should be submitted with a delay period of 42 days only.
